Refund policy
1. RETURNS
At WSN & Friends, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, it should meet the following requirements:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging and with tags (if any).
- Proof of purchase is required — you can send us a screen capture of your receipt or order details for us to process the returns request.
Do note that the following items/exceptions will not be eligible for returns:
- Perishable products (i.e. food items*)
- Custom products (i.e. personalized pet products or special orders*)
- Sale Items*
- Items with voucher/discount codes applied*
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
*Exception: Defective products received. Refer to Section 3 for more details.

2. STARTING A RETURN
To start a returns request, you can drop us an email at order@wsnandfriends.com with your order no. followed by the reason you are requesting to return your item. Our team will get in touch between 3 to 5 working days. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. RECEIVING A WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Do inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us (within 48 hours) if the item you have received is wrong, defective or damaged so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
4. REFUNDS
Once the returned item arrives at our fulfillment warehouse, our team will then review the condition of the item and check in with you upon receiving it. If your return has been accepted, our team will then process the request and issue a refund within 10 working days. The amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method**.
**Please advise if there are any changes to the payment method used - we will not be responsible if not otherwise notified.
5. EXCHANGES
Once your return/refund is accepted, you can simply place a new order for the item you'd like to get on our store!
